  1.  Swim through the air 
  2.                On body fair; 
  3.  He would not use nor trust Icarian wings 
  4.      Lest they should prove deceitful things; 
  5.  For had he fallΓÇÖn, it had been wondrous high, 
  6.      Not from, but from above, the sky: 
  7.   
  8.  He might have dropt through that thin element 
  9.       Into a fathomless descent; 
  10.         Unto the nether sky 
  11.         That did beneath him lie, 
  12.               And there might tell 
  13.               What wonders dwell 
  14.  On earth above. Yet doth he briskly run, 
  15.      And bold the danger overcome;
